Globe 24-7 is a globally recognised human resources consulting and recruitment firm specialising in the mining and resources sector. Established in 2003 and based in Perth, Western Australia, the company operates in over 15 countries, offering services in nine languages. With expertise spanning executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and talent consulting, Globe 24-7 supports mining companies at every stage of their lifecycle.
In an effort to enhance its digital presence and better serve its diverse clientele, Globe 24-7 partnered with Clue to develop a modern, user-centric website. The platform needed to effectively communicate its broad range of services, integrate with specialist recruitment software, and improve user engagement for both clients and candidates. This project was designed to drive lead generation, establish an authoritative information hub, simplify job advertising, and strengthen the company’s thought leadership strategy.

Globe 24-7’s existing site struggled to support its international operations, lacking a clear structure that catered to its diverse audience. The user experience needed refinement to ensure seamless navigation across different service offerings, while third-party recruitment integrations had to be modernised to keep up with evolving industry demands.
A key requirement was integrating Idibu and JobRelay, two critical systems that manage job postings and applications. These integrations needed to work effortlessly within the WordPress environment while maintaining an intuitive user experience. The site also had to support thought leadership content, making it a go-to resource for insights and expertise in mining recruitment.
Understanding Globe 24-7’s industry position and recruitment processes was key to shaping the solution. The project started with an in-depth discovery phase, including keyword research to optimise search visibility and a complete audit of the site’s information architecture. The goal was to create a content structure that would make it easier for users to find relevant information and improve overall engagement.
To address the integration challenges, the site was designed to work harmoniously with third-party recruitment tools. JobRelay was implemented to allow seamless job retrieval from Idibu, while WP Job Manager was configured to manage job postings within WordPress. The job board functionality was rebuilt to align with this new system, making it easier to advertise roles and connect candidates with opportunities.
A high-end, professional design was introduced, balancing functionality with a sleek, modern aesthetic. White space was used strategically to enhance readability, and intuitive navigation ensured users could move through the site effortlessly. A structured drop-down menu system, an interactive map, and clearly defined service areas made it easy to explore the platform. Additionally, a custom post type for case studies was developed to dynamically surface relevant content across the site, reinforcing Globe 24-7’s industry expertise.
The transformation delivered a site that was not only visually refined but also a powerful tool for recruitment. The improved job board integration meant that employers could advertise roles more efficiently, while candidates could easily browse opportunities. The streamlined user experience led to stronger engagement, reflected in the site’s analytics.
